The “I AM” School has taught me what it really means to be a “CHILD OF THE LIGHT.” The years I have spent in the "I AM" School, have been some of the happiest and most fulfilling years of my life, but they have also been some of the most trying and difficult ones as well.
The lessons I have learned through my experiences at the "I AM" School, have taught me so much, about life, about myself, and about my Presence.They have made me a better person, and they have given me the strength, the courage, and the ability to go forward in life, and be the best person that I can be.
As I grew up, I really never knew much about the "I AM" School. Sure I'd heard about it before, and I knew that some of my relatives had graduated from there in the past, but that's about all, so I really never thought much about it.
Our Beloved Meta once told us,
"The first fundamental in all education in the world is UNDERSTANDING of the ‘Mighty I AM Presence.' Then, all outer phases of education must become easy for the children.
As you call the 'Mighty I AM Presence' into action to produce Perfection in your educational world, so will the right activity of that education come forth also. All that is of real benefit, will be brought forth through your call. The needs of the day will be fulfilled in Perfect Divine Order. It is not the thing to do, to put your education before your I AM Presence.’ Put your I AM Presence’ first! then, the remainder of the education of mankind will follow in perfect Divine Order, it must be so, you should know that is the fundamental.”

The "I AM" School has taught me the importance of putting my "I AM" Presence first. I have found that my Presence is the most important part of my life.
Without it, I could accomplish nothing, for it gives me all life, all power, all love, all wisdom, all supply, and all ability to do that which I need to accomplish in order to make my Ascension and be free.
Therefore it must always come first, for that is the Divine Law of Life and this Law must be obeyed if one wishes to be free.
Our Beloved Archangel Michael also says,
"You, as the student body upon whose understanding and call to the light depends so much, MUST UNDERSTAND these things!
It is not a thing to be feared, but rather should there be rejoicing that you know what is to be governed and how to call forth a Power of Light to release the Forces now to govern these things."

A friend recently asked me, "What is the one most important thing that you have gained at the "I AM" School?" At the time I wasn't quite sure what to answer. There are so many things that I have gained and so many ways in which I have grown in these past two years that it was hard to decide which one was the most important.
But, as I look back on all the years I spent at the "I AM" School, I realize that the single most important thing I have gained while I was here, was understanding.
You see, even though I was born and raised in the "I AM" Activity, and had the privilege of learning about the Ascended Masters and the Laws of Light at such an early age,I never really quite understood what the "I AM" Activity was all about.
I had heard the Laws repeated by the Ascended Masters over and over again, but I never really grasped what the true meaning of those words were.
That is why I am so grateful to have been brought to Beloved Saint Germain's school, for it was here that I truly learned to understand these laws and how to apply them in my life, both physically and mentally.
It was here that I learned the importance of putting my Presence first and to trust the Divine Plan of the Ascended Masters to guide me, and it was here that I discovered that I am the one who chooses the conditions of my world, through my words and through my thoughts and I am the only one in the world who can change these conditions.
Our Beloved Sanat Kumara says,
"You dwell within those bodies for a purpose! That purpose is not just to do as you please, while here in the physical world; and generate causes which will as surely produce effects, as that the Universe exists!
You must realize, Beloved Ones, you are here in this world embodied by the Action of Divine Law! The Cosmic Law which governs the Planet, governs you! Its Destiny is Perfection!
Its Action is the Cosmic Flame of Cosmic Christ Love! Its Law is Absolute Balance and Absolute Purity! Its Gifts and Treasures are Boundless and Inexhaustible! Its Supply is WITHOUT LIMIT!
It offers you everything, including the Use of Itself, for the Divine Purpose of manifesting Heaven in this world; and Heaven is Harmony! Harmony is the Focus of Life's Energy and Substance which is qualified Completely with all that is Constructive!”

I have always known that the final goal of life for everyone on this planet is to attain the Ascension and that in order to do this one must become perfect. "But how in the world do you do that?" I said.
I didn't even know where to start. But just through the course of this past year I realized that to be perfect is to have full control of everything in your world, and that the only way by which one can achieve this is by fully understanding and applying the Laws of the Ascended Masters.
You must have mastered the Laws of Love, Light, Purity, Wisdom and Power and you must have the Perfect Balance between them all, for when you have accomplished this you will have accomplished Perfection and thus won your eternal freedom of the Ascension.
Each one of us has a certain, specific, purpose in life, a Divine Plan or pathway which we are to follow, and that on this pathway is everything that we could ever possibly need or desire.
All we have to do is follow it. The choice if up to you. The only two enemies you really have are doubt and fear, because when you doubt yourself, or others, you doubt God, for we are all a part of Him, and when you doubt him he cannot help you, and you are only hurting yourself.
Fear is simply another form of doubt for when you fear something, you are doubting the protection of your Presence, and visualizing that which you fear only brings it closer to you.
Your mind is your most valuable tool, because all thoughts and visualizations are formed by the mind, and through your thoughts, comes everything that is in your world.
My advice to you all is; call to your Presence daily even if only for a few minutes, avoid doubt and fear, watch what you say, it might come true, be the example to the rest of mankind, and always remember, you have the power.
As my last words to you as a student of Beloved Saint Germain's I AM School, I feel it only right that I repeat to you the words of our Beloved Great Divine Director in his blessing.
